国之交在于民相亲,民相亲在于心相通。2023年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年。为加强中外青年文化交流合作，增进网络文化精品创作传播，发挥“Z世代”青年在短视频创作传播的先锋作用，发起举办“‘青’连丝路”短视频创作征集活动，通过线上作品征集、线下沙龙活动、全媒传播推广，讲好青年一代民心相亲、交流互鉴、团结协作的丝路故事。现将活动有关事项通知如下：

　　三、单元设置Contest Categories

　　共分三个单元进行征集和评比:

　　Entries are categorized into three sections for collection and evaluation:

　　01.“Z世代”看世界Generation Z Sees the World

　　丝绸之路架起交流融通的桥梁，“Z世代”青年通过这条桥梁，更深入、更全面、更鲜活地体验中国、认识世界。从“Z世代”的生动视角，用“Z世代”的鲜活语言，讲述“Z世代”眼中的多彩世界。

　　The Silk Road is a bridge for communication and integration,enabling Generation Z to explore China and the world with greater depth,comprehensiveness,and vividness.See the world from the vivid perspective of Generation Z.

　　02.丝路正青春Youth of the Silk Road

　　青年一代是丝路交融的活跃参与者。从科技合作、教育合作、文化交流等方面，讲述中外青年人文交融、合作共赢的青春奋斗故事。

　　The younger generation actively participates in bringing Silk Road countries closer together.Display stories of people-to-people exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between Chinese and foreign youth in fields such as science and technology collaboration,educational partnerships,and cultural exchanges.

　　03.“艺”路丝语Art of the Silk Road

　　发挥青年人的想象力和创新力，围绕“一带一路”主题，创作动画、舞蹈、音乐、戏曲、沉浸式文化体验等网络视频作品。

　　Unleash the imagination and innovation of young people.Create online videos related to the Belt and Road Initiative featuring various art forms,such as animation,dance,music,opera,immersive cultural experiences,etc.

　　四、作品要求Requirements for Entries

　　2022年1月后创作，并在官方或个人公开媒体平台发布的作品。内容上符合主流媒体传播要求，贴近中外青年的学习生活。画面清晰连贯、内容完整、声音清楚，鼓励拍摄手法、剪辑思路、叙事风格、视角切入等方面创新突破。数量不限，具体要求如下：

　　Works should be produced after January 2022 and publicly released on official or personal media accounts.Content should relate closely to the educational experiences and lives of both Chinese and foreign youths.Sharp and coherent visuals,complete content,and pristine sound quality are a must,and innovations in filming techniques,editing approaches,narrative styles,and diverse perspectives are encouraged.There are no restrictions on the number of entries submitted,but specific requirements are as follows:

　　01.类型(Type)

　　不限，包括但不限于微电影、Vlog、宣传片、微动漫、MV等类型。

　　No limitations,including but not limited to micro-films,vlogs,promotional videos,micro-animations,MVs,etc.

　　02.时间(Duration)

　　所有类型作品不超过5分钟（含片头片尾）。

　　The duration for all entries is up to 5 minutes,including opening and closing credits.

　　03.技术指标(Technical specifications)

　　不限拍摄器材，分辨率不低于1920*1080(横屏)、1080*1920(竖屏)，参赛作品视频格式为MP4、MOV、MPG、AVI，视频大小不超过1GB，要求画面清晰，不带水印、角标或其他标识。

　　No restrictions on the shooting equipment;resolution not lower than 1920*1080(landscape)and 1080*1920(portrait).Accepted video formats are MP4,MOV,MPG,and AVI,with the video size not exceeding 1GB.Clear visuals without watermarks,banners,or any other logos.

　　04.语言(Language)

　　鼓励使用母语，需添加中、英双语字幕。

　　Use of native languages with Chinese and English subtitles is encouraged.
